My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were large with a comfortable bed, really clean and spacious, but unfortunately, mine had a window that led into the lobby, so I missed having natural air and light, which made it very humid and with not the best smell. However, overall, the room was clean and comfy.

The service was a bit weird at times, but the staff collected my belongings and were very understanding. They were helpful and kind during my stay.

The hotel's location was decent, only 5 minutes from the ado bus terminal and opposite to the collectivo station to the Tulum ruins. It's a great spot to stay after arriving in Mexico.

Dining

The dining experience was a mix - the breakfast was poor compared to other meals I had in Mexico, although the option of three choices including sweet, salty, and Mexican was a positive aspect. The traditional regional homemade products were a nice touch.

Facilities

The facilities at the hotel were adequate, nothing exceptional but met my needs during the stay.
